I (a) grant to Google Ireland Limited. and its affiliates and subcontractors (collectively, “Google”) a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, in its sole discretion, any quotes or other information I provide in this questionnaire in video, audio or print marketing initiatives relating to Grow with Google, including but not limited to use on the Grow with Google website; (b) have full power and authority to authorize this release (including from any individual people I reference here) and Google’s use of the quotes and information will not infringe any third party rights, and (c) confirm none of the information I provide is confidential. For the avoidance of doubt, I retain ownership of the information I provide but Google will own all rights in the marketing materials it produces that contain this information.
